New Shed, New Candles, New Consignment Locations!
Hello everyone! I know it's been a while since we've done an update blog. We took a break after the passing of our African Gray parrot, Mac and then went full swing into getting things set up for a new workshop!
First Look!
10x16' Shadowlight Workshop
While we are not in a situation to be able to have a physical storefront (yet!), we have increased the square footage available to us for production! Our current setup is small and within the family holiday shed. We recently had a 10x16' Lofted Barn Shed delivered to begin moving candle production into! This has been a daunting experience, but we are looking forward to all of the potential that this project will bring! Our first order of business for this shed is to begin insulating it and drywalling it. We will also be connecting it to power and painting inside! Once that is done we can bring over our candle production items. The first batches of insulation have been purchased and we will begin insulation this week! If you would like to help us out, we have an amazon wishlist with items for the shed and for general business, as well as a donation link. We plan to take videos and pictures as we renovate this space to keep you all in the loop!
Three Amigos Collection
In addition to the new shed, we recently released the Three Amigos Collection! This collection is an introduction to each of the members that help keep Shadowlight running. From the Owner and Crafter of the physical goods, to our Writer/Editor, and our most talented Artist. Each member selected the fragrances for their candles, helped guide the artwork, and wrote the descriptions for them.
Alchemist - A smoky, woodsy candle blend with floral and incense notes. This color is tinted a deep forest green to symbolize prosperity and wealth.
Artist - An intriguing blend of oceanic scents, florals, pastry, and chocolate sure to tickle your nose! This candle is colored a vibrant, energizing blue.
Story Steeper - A close replica to brown sugar bubble tea! Blending black tea, sugar, spice, and creamy ice cream notes together, this scent is perfect for a staycation with a good book. This candle is colored a warm orange.

While we do not have a physical location, you can check out these locations to get a sniff of our goods for yourselves! We do offer wholesale, consignment, and private label if you are looking for some neat candles (or potion bottle diffusers!) for your own shops!
