The village courtyard is alight with wonder, mystery, and magic as the logs for the Yuletide bonfire are set in place. Children come with tinkling bells or other charms grasped in their hands, a silver thread attached so they can be hung on the communal tree later that evening. They whisper blessings for the new year to their trinkets to be passed along to the family that later picks their charm up. 
 
Soon the bonfire is lit and the townsfolk join in merriment. They dance around the fire, singing songs, giving blessings, praying a blessed Yule and for the health and safety of their village.
 
This candle is scented with a warm, spicy, woody, and crispy blend of cypress, clove, cinnamon, ginger, crisp apple, pine, fir, cypress, bayberry, and incense.

The fragrances chosen for this candle are things that, to me, represent Yule. Pine, fir, cedar, cypress, cinnamon, clove, ginger, orange, and apple. Cozy, uplifting fragrances that are sure to lighten your home and bring joy and comfort to those who catch a whiff of this lovely blended fragrance. 

A popular Yule tradition is to whisper or instill blessings to a trinket like a bell and hang it on a tree. At the end of the Yule Celebrations, people gather at the tree and pick a trinket off and cherish this item for the coming year, hoping to gain what blessings were connected to that trinket. Often times, the same trinkets are used for years and years, continuously passed back and forth between the community each year. 
 
The wicks will be trimmed down to 1/4" to be ready to light right out of the box. Burn instructions will also be included.
