The tide had shifted overnight, and by the time your crew arose to morning light it was too late. Your ship had drifted towards uncharted waters, your map warning you of strange sea creatures lurking in the deep. It’s too late for you to turn around. The sea bubbles and boils beneath the bow as a large monster surfaces, suckered tentacles latching on to the hull and breaking her apart piece by piece. The Kraken has come to claim another ship, dunking her under the waves again and again as if your vessel was a toy. 
 
The kraken is based upon the legendary giant squid. This animal is not often seen today, but in days of old when fleets of ships near Norway and Greenland went out to secure fish and other finds from various lands, these beasts were scattered throughout the watery depths. Legends say that some fishermen would brave nearing these beasts as schools of fish were often found nearby. Most tales of the kraken are cautionary, telling vessels to avoid the areas they had been seen unless they wanted their ship to be taken down by the large beast. 
 
This candle is scented with a dark and mysterious blend of sea salt, amber, driftwood, musk, and marine scents that are sure to remind you of stormy seas. Sweet floral notes anchor this fragrance, balancing out and complimenting the deep, rich ambers, oceanic, and wooden notes.

Black Coral & Moss: Marine, Dark Musk, Amber, Vertiver, Cedar, Lavender, Bamboo, Camphor, Pineapple -- My best description is that this fragrance smells like a really good men's cologne. 
Amber & Driftwood: Amber, Dark Musk, Cedar, Powder, Benzoin, Sandalwood, Ozone, Citrus
Sea Mist: Sea Salt, Ozone, Lemon, Tonka, Green Leaves, Jasmine, Lilac, Orange Blossom, Amber
 
The Monster Menagerie Collection features candles made using 100% soy wax, cotton, and paper core wicks, and eco-friendly, carcinogen free fragrances. They are poured in reusable metal tins and are chock full of biodegradable and eco-friendly holo and glitter. Each candle in the collection is based off of different mythical creatures or supernatural beings.
 
The wicks will be trimmed down to 1/4" to be ready to light right out of the box. Burn instructions will also be included.
